Scope of Civil Engineering in Pakistan

Due to increasing inflation and unemployment rate every person who is starting his professional degree could not decide to select the field. Civil engineering is one of the most ancient fields. It is one of the popular as well as active fields in Pakistan and it deals with the designing, construction and maintenance of the physical and natural environment. Civil engineers build rail roads, dams, power plants, tunnels, terminals, plant buildings, skyscrapers etc. People who study civil engineering ensure the safety of the buildings and they draw constructing plans. Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for civil engineering in Pakistan a student has to pass ECAT and he should have marks more than 85% in intermediate level. For Masters in this program one should have done BS civil engineering which is a four years program with minimum CGPA of 2.5.
